Each summer  when the time is up  they travel far and wide

 to gather for a meeting of them all

They talk of old times just gone by,  - and boast -  and sympathise

They laugh and sing and have themselves a ball

If only  You could see them and hear what they propose

each fellow trying to be smart and wise

And when the Chairman calls them - and ask them to decide
